A:We use FOB mode, but we can also bear the freight cost.

Q:Sample Production Cycle?

A:First, send us the product drawings or photos. If we have produced similar products before, we can produce samples within 7 days, with the shipping time calculated separately. If we have not produced such products before, CAD modeling is required, and the sample production time is approximately within one month.

Q:Quality Inspection Certification?

A:Our products comply with the Chinese national standards for cast steel products and undergo a detailed quality inspection process. They also meet top international standards.

Q:Return Process?

A:If the product quality does not meet the standards upon arrival, please contact our customer service. We will respond to you as soon as possible and either provide a full refund or resend the products.
